Thank you for using Password Angel, provided by Chris Shennan. ("Password Angel," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Password Angel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Password Angel.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Password Angel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Password Angel on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and in such a case, "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.
2. Use of Password Angel
2.1. Access
Password Angel provides an online service for sending password safely and securely. You may access and use Password Angel solely for its intended purpose.
2.2. Account Creation
To access certain features of Password Angel, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
2.3. Subscription
Some features and services on Password Angel may require a subscription fee. You will be informed of the pricing and billing terms before you subscribe to these features. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.
2.4. Cancellation
You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be automatically terminated.
2.5. Refund
If you aren’t satisfied with Password Angel, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply cancel your account within the first 30 days and we will automatically refund your payment.
After the first 30 days, all refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Password Angel and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Password Angel will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Password Angel to counterclaim the refund.
2.6. Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security.
3. Privacy
Your use of Password Angel is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Password Angel at our sole discretion and without notice if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Your continued use of Password Angel after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or regions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Password Angel,. regarding your use of Password Angel and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
7.3. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
By using Password Angel, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Password Angel.
